We try our best to deliver your products on time. Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed and you have not received your item,please email us so we can check on the status of your order.

Return

Our Return and Refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original package that it was received

We require a proof of purchase receipt in other to complete your return. Additionally, returns must be shipped within 7 days upon receipt of your order.

Return can only be accepted if the product was defective or damage upon receipt

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
